Aurélie Decker is the Director of the European Federation for Services to Individuals (EFSI). She represents the views of the personal and household services sector industry and works towards a better understanding of the sector within the European Institutions. In 2018, she co-authored the first Personal and Household Services Industry Monitor. Between 2014 and 2016, she coordinated the EU-funded project “IMPact”, which delivered the “PHS policies – Implementation and Monitoring Guide”. It provides guidance for public authorities at EU, national and local levels willing to design, implement and monitor PHS-related policy. Prior to joining EFSI in September 2011, she worked as a consultant in EU Public Affairs. She holds a degree in Political Sciences and an MA in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe.
